Yes. Most Old Town and city-centre tenement roofs are shared between owners. We’ll inspect the roof, photograph the problem and give you a clear written quote that you can share with your neighbours or your factor.
My home is in a conservation area or is listed. What do I need to know?
Like-for-like repairs are usually straightforward, but listed buildings and conservation areas, including much of Stirling’s Old Town, can have extra requirements for materials. Check with Stirling Council if you’re unsure, and we’ll recommend slate and lead work that suits the building.

GRP fibreglass suits smaller roofs and balconies where a seamless rigid finish is wanted, and felt is mainly used to repair or overlay existing felt roofs. We’ll recommend the right one for your roof.
Will you tell me if I only need a repair?
Always. If the slates or tiles, battens and underlay are sound, a good repair is usually the better value, and we’ll say so. We only recommend a re-roof when repeated repairs no longer make sense, and we’ll show you photos to explain why.
